Overview

The NOC issuedfor Passport is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. Application to be submitted before 1 month of issuance of NOC.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3 years of continuous service from the date of joining in the service.
  • IPR & MPR submission status.
  • DP position.
  • Vigilance clearance report
  • Application to be submitted before 1 month of issuance of NOC.

Documents Required (whichever applicable):

  • Self ID card
  • 3 copies of self passport size photos

How to apply:

Applications should be routed through the controlling authority of the concerned officer and submittedto their respective Administrative departments at least 30 days before the issuance of NOC.

Type of Service:

It is NOT an online service.

Forms to be filled:

Application in plain paper.
